Closing, Insole prep, Pre-lasting and preparation for fitting…

Meet in person: Final fitting
Boots are ½ built
After fine-tuning, you approve fit.
PHASE THREE
5 to 6 months*
Final boot-last adjustments, lasting, inseaming, bottoming, pegging, sole stitching, heel-building, sole finishing, treeing, polishing and finishing
FINAL MEETING:
COME & GET’EM!
Meet in person: Finished boots
Boots are finished and ready for pickup
Payment:
Final payment is due
(50% of full estimate)
* Every pair of boots is different and requires a different time frame for the hand made process. Time estimates are averages based on past projects.
